铁块 Iron Chunk

铁的矿石原石，在拥有相应技能的工匠手中能绽放光采。通常来说，地表上的矿石昭示着此地深处丰富的矿脉。

This iron ore can be turned into a multitude of handy items in the hands of a skilled craftsman. Mineral ores' presence on the surface usually indicates abundant ore veins underneath.

白铁块 White Iron Chunk

白铁的矿石原石，在拥有相应技能的工匠手中能大放异彩。矿石当中寄宿着大地中流淌的战斗的记忆，正是这种记忆让它们成为武器的良材。

This white iron ore can be turned into a variety of splendid items in the hands of a skilled craftsman. It is suffused with memories of battles fought across the land, which makes it a great material for crafting weapons.

塞西莉亚花 Cecilia

名字与外形同等美丽的花朵，只生长在清冷而风急的高处，如同浪子一样真心难以触碰。

A beautiful flower with a name that suits its appearance. It only grows where harsh winds blow, and is just as intangible as the true heart of an unbound soul.

茉洁草 Marcotte

华润而温莹的桃色花朵。拥有不同层次的芬芳，是用来调香的主要原料之一。

A pink flower with a pearl-like luster and rich scent profile. It is one of the major perfume ingredients.

花语为「纯净」与「真挚的关怀」。

Marcotte is said to represent purity and sincere care.

在枫丹，调香师入门的第一课，便是学习如何提取茉洁草的芬芳。除此之外，其花蜜也会被用来制作果酱和香料酒，可谓是枫丹日常生活中无法或缺的一部分。

In Fontaine, the first thing a perfumer learns is to extract fragrant substances from Marcotte. On top of that, the plant's honey can be used for making jam and mulled wine, making it an indispensable part of everyday life in Fontaine.

汐藻 Tidalga

随波逐流的藻类，依靠其他植物释放出的养分维持自身存在。虽然经常会被误解成浮游动物，但本质上其实是浮游植物。

An algae floating with the tides and feeding on substances produced by other plants. Though often mistaken for zooplankton, Tidalga falls under the category of phytoplankton by nature.

根据记载，古代的哲学家们曾盛赞汐藻的存在，称其为「凡世间最高贵的生灵」，因它「虽是拥有自由意志的动物，却不依靠吞噬生命来维持自身存续」。这样的赞誉最终伴随着生物知识的发展而消失了。

According to ancient records, philosophers of old once thought highly of Tidalga, calling it "the noblest life form in the mortal world," for it is "an animal of free will that feeds not on lives." Such praises later passed into oblivion with the advancement of biology.

沉玉仙茗 Chenyu Adeptea

生长在沉玉谷温暖湿润之处的茶叶。经过数千年的精心筛选培育，如今的茶叶香气浓馥绵长，纵然相隔数条街，依然能够嗅到那沁人心脾的芬芳。

Tea grown in warm, moist areas in Chenyu Vale. After millennia of careful cultivation, the tea today emits a rich fragrance that can be savored from several streets away.

所谓的「仙茗」，实际上是对沉玉谷出产茶叶的统称。「松萝仙芽」、「云来白毫」、「碧水青茗」、「游韵单丛」…诸多不同的茶种，其间口感与沏茶讲究的奇妙区别，或许也只有品茶的行家才能娓娓道来吧。

"Adeptea" is the collective term for the various teas produced in Chenyu Vale: Sunglo Tea, Yunlai White Tea, Bishui Green Tea, Single-Origin Yauwan Tea... Each offers subtle yet wonderful flavor distinctions and requires different tea-making techniques, which may only be appreciated by tea connoisseurs.

关于沉玉谷的茶，古往今来流传着众多传说。其中最广为人知的说法，便是昔日的仙人亲手栽下了第一棵茶树，将其枝条折下，赐予山中的先民，以使茶香漫溢于原本云烟氤氲的原野间。然而传说终究只是传说，时至今日，那些悠远的故事也只是伴着茶馆中说书人的赞誉或品评，溶散在同样氤氲的茶香中。

There are many legends about the tea in Chenyu Vale. The most well-known suggests that an adeptus planted the first tea tree in ancient days, bestowing its branches to the early residents of the Vale, and the aroma of tea has filled the misty fields ever since. However, these tales now become part of storytellers' repertoires and are told in teahouses, blending with the fragrant steam of brewing tea.

颗粒果 Grainfruit

因穗轴上长出巨大颗粒果实而得到此名的作物。

This plant is named after the giant grains that grow along the cob.

传说在古老的时代，在大地拒绝种子的时候，部族民因无法向土地求得食粮而陷入了绝境。那时，祭司马古汉听从夜晚的灵的指引，自河底挖来淤泥，向其中种下动物的牙齿。而后他站在淤泥中，割伤自己，用鲜血浇灌，于是那一颗颗牙齿顺着祭司的身子长了出来，变成了如今的颗粒果。

Legend has it that there was a period in ancient times when the tribesfolk faced a desperate plight. The earth refused to accept their seeds, and as such, they could not obtain food from the land. At that time, the priest Maghan heeded the guidance of the night spirits, who told him to dredge up silt from the riverbed and plant animal teeth within it. He then stood in the silt, cut himself, and watered the crop with his own blood. The result was that the teeth sprouted and began to grow upwards, using the priest's body as a support, finally transforming into the plant that we now call Grainfruit.

按照非常古老的传统，大家不可以随意丢弃颗粒果的穗轴，因为那穗轴是马古汉牺牲自己所变化的。

According to a tradition of ancient origin, the shaft of the Grainfruit plant must never be casually disposed of, for it is believed to be the physical transformation and embodiment of Maghan's self-sacrifice.

烛伞蘑菇 Candlecap Mushroom

生长在崖壁上或是山脚下，如小型座灯一般轻微发亮的菌类，将手靠近时能感受到些微的温暖。

A fungus that grows on cliff faces or at the foot of mountains, and which shines like a little lamp. You can feel a hint of warmth when your hand draws close.

在一些叙事人口中的故事里，这些烛伞蘑菇的主人是名为「幻写灵」的神奇精灵。据说在雨天的时候，这些奇怪的精灵就会躲在烛伞蘑菇之下，在烛伞蘑菇黯淡时，也由它们负责将之重新点亮。

According to some storytellers, these Candlecap Mushrooms are tended by mysterious spirits known as "Monetoo." It is said that these peculiar spirits hide beneath the Candlecap Mushrooms on rainy days, and that when the mushrooms start to grow dim, they are responsible for lighting them back up again.

烬芯花 Embercore Flower

散布在平原与高土的奇特花朵。成熟的花苞会在受到冲击后绽放开来。

A strange flower that can be found all over the plains and highlands. Mature buds will bloom after being hit.

烬芯花大量生长之地，会被当地的纳塔人称为「伟大的希巴拉克曾用脚踩踏过的地方」。

Places where Embercore Flowers grow in abundance are referred to by Natlan locals as "ground once trodden on by the mighty Xbalanque."

其花芯中有甜到令入口者唇舌灼烧的花蜜，备受纳塔部族人的青睐，凋零之前持续发光的性质也被视为一种热忱与激情的象征，不知道从何时开始，部族的战士在踏入圣火竞技场前，都会在神庙中献上花芯以求得胜利与荣耀。

The nectar that these flowers contain within their cores is so sweet that it leaves a burning sensation on the tongues and lips of those who taste it. Extremely popular among Natlan tribesfolk, their unrelenting glow prior to withering is viewed as a symbol of passion and zeal. Though none recall when the custom began, before entering the Stadium of the Sacred Flame, tribal warriors have offered up the cores of these flowers in temples as part of their bid for victory and glory.

澄晶实 Spinel Fruit

广泛生长于液态燃素环境之中的澄晶果树，在汲取燃素后结出的形如宝石的果实。

The crystalline trees that grow widely in areas with Liquid Phlogiston produce these gem-shaped fruits after absorbing phlogiston.

在一些古老织卷的故事中，尤其是在与瓦萨克拉胡巴肯相关故事的一些版本里，澄晶石往往被伪装成宝石用于欺骗盘踞圣山的巨龙，令后者贪欲蒙心，交出了「燃素」的火种以换取这些徒有外表的晶光闪闪的果子，当巨龙发现自己受骗后，瓦萨克拉胡巴肯当然早已逃之夭夭。与澄晶石有关的故事大抵上都是这样的走向。

In some ancient woven scrolls, especially in some versions of stories relating to Waxaklahun Ubah Kan, Spinel Fruit were often disguised as gems in a ploy to deceive the dragon that had made its lair within the sacred mountain. Blinded by greed, it is said to have surrendered the flaming seed of phlogiston in exchange for these deceptive sparkling fruits. By the time the dragon realized it had been duped, Waxaklahun Ubah Kan was, of course, already long gone. Stories related to Spinel Fruit have generally followed a similar pattern.

苦种 Cacahuatl

风味浓郁的作物。果肉本身会有独特的苦涩味，其种子在发酵及烘焙后，可以制成其他的美食。

A crop rich in flavor. The fleshy part itself features a unique bitterness and its seeds, after being fermented and baked, can be made into other delicacies.

在纳塔，有一句俗语是这样的，「种下苦种，得到苦种」，大致的意思是，做人不要自寻苦吃。

In Natlan, there is a proverb that goes: "Those that sow caca shall reap cacahuatl." In essence, it means that those who sow bitterness shall reap bitter fruit, and you shouldn't go asking for trouble.

钩钩果 Wolfhook

带着勾刺的莓果，会挂在狼的毛皮上来迁徙。看见它时，仿佛能听见狼的凄嚎在林间回荡…钩钩果能入药，可以治疗病痛。虽然本身也会为不小心的人或走兽带来伤痛就是了…

A berry with thorns that often gets attached to a wolf's pelt. When you look at it, you can almost hear the echoing cries of the wolves in the woods. Wolfhook has medicinal properties useful in treating minor illnesses. Although, in its original form, it can also harm careless people or animals...

落落莓 Valberry

饱满透亮的莓果，在口中绽放出清甜的花香。在过去，守望风暴的人仅有的慰藉便是落落莓的甜蜜与对城市安宁的希望。

A plump and translucent berry that has a fragrant smell and a sweet, refreshing taste. In the past, the storm watchers' only solace was the sweetness of this fruit and hope for the city's peace.

风车菊 Windwheel Aster

喜好风的植物。对于崇信风、本身也如风一般爽朗自在的蒙德人而言，风车菊便是「看得见的风」。

A plant that adores the wind. To the proud children of the wind, or the citizens of Mondstadt, the Windwheel Asters are "the visible winds."

久雨莲 Pluie Lotus

生长在水元素富集之处的植物。枫丹漫长的雨季后，随处可见其踪影，因此而得名。

A plant that grows in environments rich with Hydro. This plant can be found everywhere in Fontaine after its long rainy seasons. The plant is named "Pluie" — which means "rain" in the local tongue — for that reason.

当附近的水元素浓度出现异常，这种植物的生长也会不可避免地受到影响。据说，古枫丹的自然哲学家们曾将其用作占卜，根据久雨莲的生长状况，推定生灵的命运与未来的事象。但具体的占卜方式并未传承至今。

The plant's growth can be influenced by abnormal Hydro density in its surroundings. It is said that ancient Fontainian natural philosophers would perform divination based on Pluie Lotuses' growth, predicting living souls' destinies and futures. The method they employed, however, was lost to time.

慕风蘑菇 Philanemo Mushroom

沐浴着和煦的风而生长的菌类，与风一样生生不息，滋养生命。

A fungus that grows in the warm caress of the wind. It is as everlasting as the wind, nourishing life.

小灯草 Small Lamp Grass

在夜间会隐隐散发辉光的野花。与其他食材一同烹饪能提升鲜味。正如野花的芬芳不会吸引脚步笃定的人，即使在夜里，小灯草黯淡的光辉也无法吸引心无旁骛的行者。

A wild grass that emits light at night. Used in cooking to enhance other flavors. Just as the subtle fragrance of wild flowers will not distract a focused person, Small Lamp Grass' delicate glow will not attract their attention either, even at night.

嘟嘟莲 Calla Lily

生长在水边的花。花瓣经过烹制口感爽脆，清甜微苦。现代医学认为嘟嘟莲具有一定的解毒功效，但生吃的涩味让很多人难以接受。

A flower that grows near water sources. When cooked, the petals have a chunky texture, yet are sweet and a little bitter. Modern medicine recognizes Calla Lily's antidotal properties, but its astringent flavor is repulsive to many people.

从雪山上拾得的「牙齿」。也许有人会知道关于它的一些信息…

汲取了生命力的龙牙 Vitalized Dragontooth

汲取了生命之力的龙牙，散发着令人感到不安的微弱暖意。过去，龙陨落在银色的山谷中，将惨白的雪地涂成了不祥的绯红。这种绯红象征着这头龙的力量。

A Dragontooth that has absorbed vitality and now exudes a warmth that makes one uneasy. Once upon a time, a dragon fell to ruin in a silver valley, painting the bone-white snow an ominous crimson. This crimson symbolizes the might of this dragon.

包裹在这种「绯红」之中的龙牙，或许能成为可怖的凶器…

This Dragontooth wrapped in that crimson may yet be forged into a deadly weapon...

莲蓬 Lotus Head

璃月水生的泽芝，花开两株。一株盛放芳香，一株莲蓬清苦。据说能入药。

An aquatic plant native to Liyue that grows and blooms in pairs. One is fragrant, and the other bitter. It's said to make a good herbal medicine.

绝云椒椒 Jueyun Chili

璃月地方特产的辛辣植物。只要闻到它的味道，身体就会变得炽热，渴求水分。虽然名字中有「绝云」二字，但其实并不仅仅生长在绝云间。

A spicy plant native to Liyue. Merely smelling it makes one hot and thirsty. Despite "Jueyun" being a part of its name, it does not usually grow in Jueyun Karst.

名字似乎来自能将人辣得直奔绝云巅峰，渴求清凉空气的辣度。

The name seems to originate from its spiciness, which makes people want to run to the highest peaks of Jueyun and cool their mouths with chilly air.

夜泊石 Noctilucous Jade

稀有的特质矿石，在静谧的暗夜里会幽幽地发光。据称是天地间奔流的元素在异变中凝聚成的珍奇宝石。

A rare mineral that glimmers in the dark. It's said to be a mutated gemstone condensed from the flourishing elements of the world.

霓裳花 Silk Flower

在璃月如霓云般盛放的妖红之花，能制成如水般顺滑的织物。璃月的「飞云商会」是制丝、纺织的巨头。坊间传说飞云商会在大陆某处有着隐秘的霓裳花苗圃，仰仗特殊花种的产量与质感，在行业内无人能敌。

A crimson flower that blooms like the rainbow clouds in Liyue. It can be made into silky-smooth fabric. Liyue's Feiyun Commerce Guild is a giant in silk and textile manufacturing. Legend has it that Feiyun Commerce Guild has a secret Silk Flower nursery somewhere in the mainland. Nobody in the industry can rival their yield and texture.

琉璃百合 Glaze Lily

极为古老的花卉。据说曾经遍布璃月大地，能将大地的记忆积攒成花期时的芬芳。传说会在无比清澈美丽的歌声中开放，在过去是某人十分青睐的花朵。但如今，野地上已经难以再见到琉璃百合的怒放了。

An extremely ancient flower, said to have once been a common sight in Liyue. It transforms the memories of the land into its fragrance during florescence. Legend has it that the flower will open at the sound of pure, beautiful music, and that there was once one who loved this flower more than any other. Now, however, the sight of a Glaze Lily in full bloom out in the wild is a rare one indeed.

清心 Qingxin

只生长在孤高石峰的通透白花。不愿接受平原的温暖与湿润，宁可在清冷的尖峰眺望远方。

A translucent white flower that only grows on the highest stone peaks. It eschews the warmth and moisture of the plains to gaze out afar from the solitary mountaintops.

泡泡桔 Bulle Fruit

生长在温暖、湿润、光照充足之处的果实，圆圆的外表下，偷偷藏着甜甜的甘鲜。

A fruit that grows in warm and damp environments with ample sunlight. Inside this round and rotund fruit hides a sweet and refreshing surprise.

据说古枫丹的哲学家们曾经进行过一场旷日持久的辩论，争议泡泡桔的颜色究竟更接近日出还是日落——究竟是将它称作「日出果」还是「日落果」。最终，相持不下的双方终于发现，「日落果」已有其名，于是双方不得已达成妥协，用形状而非颜色来命名这种甜甜的水果。

They say that in times of old, there was once a protracted debate among Fontainian philosophers on whether Bulle Fruit was closer to sunrise or sunset in color and whether it should be called "Sunriseia" or "Sunsettia." This heated debate was eventually brought to an end when these philosophers discovered that Sunsettia already existed. They unwillingly compromised and agreed to name the sweet fruit for its shape instead.

枣椰 Ajilenakh Nut

沙漠绿洲中的常绿乔木结出的果实。坚硬果皮下的果肉肉质绵厚，甘甜可口，对沙海子民而言是重要的食物来源。

A fruit that grows on evergreen trees within desert oases. The flesh beneath the tough skin is thick, sweet, and delicious, making it an important food source amongst the desert peoples.

或许是因为沙漠地区特殊的地理条件影响，含糖量极高，无论是单独制成果脯还是做成各种糖果都很好吃。据说枣椰种植的历史相当悠久，在那些关于古老国度的歌谣中也常常会提到它们。传说在烈日君王夜夜不休的宴席上，枣椰所制成的蜜饯便是第一道开胃的美食。

Their extremely high sugar content may be attributed to the special geographical conditions of the desert. They are delicious both on their own as dried fruit and as ingredients in various sweets. Ajilenakh Nuts are said to have a long history of cultivation. They are often mentioned in songs about the olden days. Legend has it that the candied Ajilenakh Nuts served as the first appetizer at the nightly banquets held by the Lord of the Blazing Sun.

星螺 Starconch

随着海潮来到沙滩上的螺。将耳朵凑近空壳，能听见海充满思念的呼唤。

Empty seashells brought ashore by the tides. Hold one close to your ear, and hear the longing calls of the sea.

白萝卜 Radish

纤维分明的草本植物。易于种植与收获的作物，富含纤维与营养。

Rich in fiber and nutrients. Easy to grow and harvest.

水晶块 Crystal Chunk

未经削切的晶体。在专门处理后，才能真正展现价值。这种通称为「水晶」的清澈物体是大地析出的珍贵结晶，能成为制造武器的宝贵材料。

An uncut crystal. Only professional craftsmanship can bring out its true value. This kind of limpid rock is a precious gift of the land, which can be utilized as a valuable weapon-making material.

魔晶块 Magical Crystal Chunk

受地脉的能量侵蚀的水晶，无法通过寻常手段处理。但通过原粹树脂提纯的话，可以转化为十分珍贵的材料。

This crystal was eroded by the energy of the Ley Lines and cannot be processed by ordinary means. Original Resin can, however, refine it into an invaluable material.

星银矿石 Starsilver

因为龙脊雪山的特殊地理环境与地脉，而产生的珍稀矿石。

A rare and precious ore formed by the unique geographical conditions and Ley Lines of Dragonspine.

紫晶块 Amethyst Lump

未经削切的矿物晶体，仅在稻妻列岛上产生。经过专门处理后，能展现其真正的价值。

An uncut crystal that can only be found in Inazuma. Some professional craftsmanship will bring out its true value.

萃凝晶 Condessence Crystal

澄澈明净的晶石，矿芯具备良好的韧性与塑性。

A bright and clear crystal, the core is both tough and malleable.

在古老的传说中，璀璨的棱晶曾是高天的使者带来的馈赠，日夜澈映的微光则是白月恩泽的象征，予世人以锻造奇物的权柄。传说早已无从考证，但现代的工匠们依然会利用这种明净而坚韧的晶石，打造各种各样的饰品与武器。

According to ancient legend, this resplendent crystal was a gift bestowed by envoys of the heavens. The shimmering light reflected day and night is a symbol of the white moon's favor, giving humanity the authority to forge wondrous objects. Such legends have long been impossible to verify, but modern artisans still use this kind of bright yet strong crystal to create all kinds of accessories and weapons.

苹果 Apple

爽脆可口的酸甜果实，无论生食或是酿酒都很是美味。也可以制成清爽的无酒精饮料。

Crisp and fragrant. Delicious raw or fermented into wine. Can be also made into a refreshing alcohol-free beverage.

日落果 Sunsettia

遍布提瓦特大陆的自然恩惠，如夕阳般靓丽美好的饱满果实。有着奇异的香甜气味，能让人精神百倍。

A plump fruit, beautiful like the sunset, that is abundant across all of Teyvat. It has a curious, sweet aroma and is able to energize an individual.

蘑菇 Mushroom

生命力旺盛的常见菌类。只要拥有适宜的荫蔽与水分，在何处都能蓬勃生长。

Hardy common fungi. Can grow anywhere with the right amount of shade and moisture.

甜甜花 Sweet Flower

香气浓郁的植株。即便在黑暗中，也能循着芬芳的气息找到的花朵。在提瓦特大陆上，是制糖的常用材料。

Particularly fragrant flowers. They can be easily located, even in the dark, thanks to their sweet scent. Commonly used in Teyvat to make sugar.

胡萝卜 Carrot

营养非常丰富的草本植物。易于种植与收获的作物，口感清甜爽脆。

A healthy and nutritious vegetable that is crunchy and sweet to the taste. Easy to grow and harvest.

金鱼草 Snapdragon

烹饪后可食用的植株。作为香料能给食材带来奇妙的滋味。

Can be eaten once cooked. As a spice, it can bring wonderful flavor to dishes.

毗波耶 Viparyas

没有种子的花卉。

A flower without seeds.

只要大地重新记起，毗波耶就会绽放。

Once the earth remembers, the Viparyas will bloom.

须弥的丛林是梦想的苗床，森林的孩子们有一部分的生命行走在梦中。后来，有一些孩子离开了森林的梦，但森林并不会忘记。

The forests of Sumeru are the seedbed of dreams, and the children of the forest spend a part of their lives walking in dreams. Some of them will later leave these forest dreams behind, but the forest will not forget them.

薄荷 Mint

饱含清凉成分的植物叶子。清爽冰凉的滋味能将暑气荡涤一空。薄荷广袤分布在大陆各处，拥有旺盛的生命力。

A refreshingly cool ingredient. The cool, fresh flavor can cut through the heat of many dishes. Mint is readily available throughout the land and is known for its exuberant vitality.

松果 Pinecone

富含油脂的肥美种子，并不会在松鼠的胃里长成参天大树。

Filled with oil-rich seeds. Certainly won't be growing into a tree from inside a squirrel's stomach.

树莓 Berry

颜色鲜艳的果实。遍布野外的小小美好，能将路途疲惫一扫而空。

Small, brightly-colored fruit. They can be found everywhere, and the taste of them wipes the fatigue of a long journey away.

松茸 Matsutake

与松树伴生的珍稀菌类，散发的淡雅鲜香暴露了它的位置。

A rare fungus that generally grows on or near pine trees. Its delicate aroma gives away its location.

鸟蛋 Bird Egg

拥有无限可能性的禽类的卵，能带来一整天所需的蛋白质。

An incredibly versatile ingredient that can supply all of your daily protein needs.

海草 Seagrass

生长在浅海中的植物，能为菜肴增添特殊的风味。

A plant that grows in shallow seas. It adds a unique flavor to dishes.

堇瓜 Lavender Melon

有着艳丽外皮的果实，其中的果肉可以在烹饪后转化为口感独特的食物。

A fruit with gorgeous skin. The flesh within transforms into food with a unique mouthfeel when cooked.

在稻妻，存在着利用这种果实的外皮加工成染料的传统工艺。据说在过去，绀田村曾经种植堇瓜，以秘不外传的「绀田染」工艺生产着色泽明丽的布匹。

In Inazuma, there is a traditional art that involves using the outer skins of these fruits to make dye. They say that Konda Village once planted Lavender Melons and that they were famed for their secret "Konda Dye" art, by which they produced truly lovely fabric.

星蕈 Starshroom

伞盖形如五角星星一般的菌类，生命力十分顽强。成熟后，伞盖中央会裂开。

A fungus with a cap that resembles a five-pointed star. It is quite hardy indeed. Once it matures, the center of the cap will split open.

香辛果 Harra Fruit

生长在炎热潮湿的雨林当中，有着特殊辛香的果实。磨成粉末后可以制成香辛料，是须弥最重要的香料植物。

A fruit with a unique spicy flavor that grows in the hot and damp rainforest. It can be ground down into spice powder, which makes it Sumeru's most important spice plant.

在其他国家的传说中，香辛果生长在无人能够攀爬的绝崖断壁之上，由飞蛇与巨鸟守护。唯有那些可以役使镇灵的勇士，通过秘传的方法，在树王的庇佑之下才能采集得到。不过只要到过须弥的人就会知道，这些故事其实不过是须弥商人为了抬高香料价格而刻意编造出来的罢了。

In the legends of other countries, the Harra Fruit grows on inaccessible cliff faces and is defended by flying snakes and giant birds. Only valiant warriors with Jinn by their side can access these fruits via secret methods and using the protection of Lord Rukkhadevata. However, anyone who has been to Sumeru will know that these stories are just tall tales told by local merchants to raise the prices of their spices.

墩墩桃 Zaytun Peach

林中灌木结出的果实。肉质敦实，味道香甜可口。据说食用后还有宁心安神的功效。

The fruit of a forest shrub. Its flesh is firm and sweet. It is said to have a calming effect on the mind.

在过去，墩墩桃因为外形可爱曾被当成一种观赏性植物。不过随着其药用价值被发现，如今已经成为了一种常见的商业作物，反而鲜少有人注意到它的观赏价值了。

In the past, Zaytun Peaches were once used as ornamental plants due to their cute appearance. However, its medical properties were discovered over time, and it has now become a very common commercial product, ironically very seldom noticed for its aesthetic value.

须弥蔷薇 Sumeru Rose

明艳而深沉的紫色花卉，散发出使行人驻足的馥郁芬芳。虽然被称作蔷薇但其实严格来说应该算作玫瑰。

Bright and beautiful, these pure purple flowers give off a pleasant fragrance that will give any passerby pause. While some like to call this a type of "rambler rose," its relative lack of multiple flowers means that it falls under a different floral classification.

从很早的时代开始，须弥蔷薇就被人们用来制作香精和香水。每到节日之时，集市中总会弥漫着玫瑰的馨香。在那些享誉须弥的诗文当中，须弥蔷薇常与美酒被一同提及，成为须弥文学中的经典意象。「快抛弃无聊的苦修，与玫瑰和美酒相伴，这时节没有比这更重要的事了！」

From very early times, the Sumeru Rose has been used to make fragrant essences and perfumes. Whenever a festival rolls along, the market will always be filled with the scents of roses. Among the poems that enjoy great fame in Sumeru, the Sumeru Rose is oft compared to fine wine, and has thus become a classic symbol within Sumeru literature. "Come, put away your meaningless tribulations! Enjoy the companionship of wines and roses, for there is nothing more important at this time!"

马尾 Horsetail

偶然随荻草生长的紫色植物。比周围的荻草更为挺拔、饱满，如同崇高的人。

A purple plant that sometimes grows amidst Silvergrass but grows taller, straighter, and plumper — like an aristocrat among the paupers.

琉璃袋 Violetgrass

拥有旺盛生命力的小花，传说朝下盛开的花姿是为了守住它的香气。

A small flower with strong vitality. It is said that its downward-blooming flower keeps its fragrance from dissipating.

发光髓 Luminescent Spine

萤火虫发出磷光的部位。对它而言是求偶的器官，对人则是能强健力量的良药。

The light-emitting part of a firefly. Used for courtship, and in medicine to help recover strength.

青蜜莓 Quenepa Berry

青蓝色的，汁液丰富的莓果。其果树大片生长在「悬木人」部族附近，是形态与火榴果相近的植物。

Bluish, juicy berries that grow in large amounts near the Scions of the Canopy. Their shape is similar to that of Flamegranates.

与火榴果相比，青蜜莓的采摘就没有那么危险，只不过新手经常分不清它和未熟的火榴果之间的区别。

Picking Quenepa Berries is not anywhere near as dangerous as harvesting Flamegranates, though beginners are often unable to distinguish between these berries and unripe Flamegranates.

有人认为，在相当古老之时，曾有一对性格截然不同的兄妹，因年幼时失散，被不同的部族养大，最后在互相攻伐的战斗中死去，其中，脾气暴躁的哥哥最后化身成了火榴果，而沉稳静谧的妹妹则化身成了青蜜莓。

Some believe that long ago, there lived a brother and sister with completely different personalities. Separated at a young age and raised by different tribes, they eventually died fighting one another. The hot-tempered brother transformed into the Flamegranate, while the calm, unflappable sister became the Quenepa Berry.

灼灼彩菊 Brilliant Chrysanthemum

形如飘然羽翼的花，花瓣的姿态在风中无比悠然。

A flower with a shape like floating wings. Its petals sway in an unbelievably relaxed, serene manner as they are caressed by the wind.

整理织物的人进行过考据，这花的形状自第一次被记载下来后，直至今日也未曾有丝毫变化。据说从前的植物会模仿生物的形态悄悄做出转变，或许从它如今的身姿上能窥见一些从前在此处游荡的生物的形象。

Those individuals that sort through woven scrolls have conducted research on this flower, and noted that since it was first recorded, its shape has not changed in the slightest. It is said that long ago, plants would covertly transform themselves by mimicking the shapes of animals. Perhaps then, by observing its current form, we may glimpse an impression of the creatures that once roamed this very land.

浪沫羽鳃 Sprayfeather Gill

生长在海边如羽状的特殊物种，看似是水草般的植物，实际上是形态特殊的水栖软体珊瑚。

A special feather-shaped species of plant that grows by the seaside. It looks kind of like a seagrass but is in truth a soft-bodied aquatic coral with a unique shape.

据说「流泉之众」的鳍游龙很喜欢以之为食。

It is said that the Koholasaurs of the People of the Springs love to snack upon them.

冰雾花花朵 Mist Flower Corolla

封闭在坚冰当中的花芯。即使离开了植株，也持续散发着寒气。通俗文学中，曾有人描绘了被冰雾花冻住，无法脱身的狐狸。对于力量较小的生物而言，应该是非常危险的植物吧。

A flower bud encased in solid ice. Even after being picked the flower continues to emit cold. A popular work of fiction tells of a fox becoming trapped in ice from a Mist Flower and being unable to extricate itself. For small creatures with limited strength, it is a very dangerous plant indeed.

烈焰花花蕊 Flaming Flower Stamen

火辣辣的花芯。熊熊燃烧的炙热花朵，即使被水浇熄了也隐隐地放出热量。据说这类植物会在长久的元素力积累中逐渐发展出智能与特殊的行为模式。

The stamen of a fiercely burning flower. Even after being extinguished, it still emits heat. It is said that this plant slowly develops intelligence and unique behaviors as it accumulates elemental energy.

电气水晶 Electro Crystal

富含电力的晶石，由逸散在大气与大地中的电气积聚而成。摸起来酥酥麻麻的。如果有对应的设施，或许可以通过这里面蕴含的雷元素做些什么事情吧…？

A power-rich crystal that draws electricity from the air around it. Holding it makes your hand a little numb. With the right equipment, maybe it's possible to harness the Electro energy contained within?

石珀 Cor Lapis

极纯的岩元素凝成的珍稀晶石，常与其他矿物伴生。也被称为「岩之心」。

A precious crystal of condensed pure Geo element that usually grows along with other minerals. It's also commonly called "Cor Petrae."

蒲公英籽 Dandelion Seed

随风而行的细小种子。即使拔去了旅行的羽絮，其中也寄宿着远方的希望吧。蒲公英在某种意义上代表着自由、放浪的无羁精神。在盛产蒲公英的风之国土，人们会用蒲公英制酒。另外有民俗学者认为，在古代，蒲公英酿成的酒有强烈的象征意味…

A tiny seed that rides on the wind. Even without its feathered wings, it still holds the hope from afar within. In a sense, the dandelion represents the romantic spirit of love and freedom. In the land of the wind, where dandelions are found in abundance, people use dandelions in wine making. Experts in local folklore believe that in ancient times, wine brewed from dandelions had a strong symbolic meaning.

蝴蝶翅膀 Butterfly Wings

色彩靓丽的翅膀。散落的鳞粉微微地发着光，或许是让蝴蝶能轻快飞翔的成分。

Brightly colored wings. The powder that falls from them shimmers a little. Perhaps this is what allows them to fly?

青蛙 Frog

常见的蛙类，生活在潮湿的环境。总是富有活力。身上会分泌出让人充满活力的物质。

Common frog found in moist environments. Full of energy, they secrete a substance that will keep you full of vitality.

蜥蜴尾巴 Lizard Tail

失去生命后微微卷曲的蜥蜴尾巴。含有强烈的药性，能让人皮肤变硬。味道很苦。

A lizard tail that curled up after losing its owner. Very bitter, but has skin hardening properties.

初露之源 Spring of the First Dewdrop

悬浮于莫尔泰区水体中的清澈露滴，与常见的纯水造物不同，似乎凝聚着更为原始而纯粹的元素能量。

A limpid drop of dew floating amidst the waters of Morte Region. It is different from other pure water bodies, as though it is a conglomeration of even more pure and primordial Elemental Energy.

古枫丹的自然哲学家们从未记载过类似的造物，直至四百余年前，方有枫丹科学院的工程师开始对其进行零散的研究。一些学者相信，这些至纯的灵露是厄歌莉娅在离去前留给枫丹的最后礼物——但这种说法至今未能得到任何可靠证据的支持。

The Natural Philosophers of ancient Fontaine never recorded such a creation, until engineers from the Fontaine Research Institute began to conduct some scattered research over 400 years ago. Some scholars believe that this pure Ichor was the final legacy Egeria bequeathed to Fontaine — but even today, this theory has no reliable evidence to support it.

晶核 Crystal Core

晶蝶的核心。是吸食着大气中逸散的细小元素的晶蝶长出的奇妙器官。

The core of a crystal butterfly. It absorbs elemental energy that has escaped into the atmosphere.

鳅鳅宝玉 Loach Pearl

鳅鳅吐出的闪亮珍珠，有神奇的药用效果。鳅鳅会将摄入的矿物质和元素凝结成带有微弱魔力的珠子，在紧急情况下，会将这些珠子吐出来迷惑狩猎者，以保全性命。

A shiny pearl spat out by a loach that has mystical medicinal properties. Minerals and elemental particles ingested by the loach condense into these mildly magical beads. When threatened, the loach spits them out to confuse predators and escape with its life.

肉龙掌 Saurian Claw Succulent

形如巨大动物爪掌的多肉植物。

A succulent shaped like the paw of a great animal.

据说从前，生长在此处的植物与神秘莫测的龙一般，可自如转变自己的形体，有些就会拟态成危险或含有毒素的样子，以免被食草的兽类啃食。如果这个说法当真的话，确实不难理解为何肉龙掌形如其名，拥有现在这样的形态。

It is said that there was a time when the plants that grew here could shapeshift at will, almost as if they were some kind of enigmatic dragons. Some would appear poisonous or dangerous in other ways to avoid being eaten by herbivores. If this is indeed true, it is not hard to understand why the Saurian Claw Succulent — true to its name — came to take on the form it still has today.

湖光铃兰 Lakelight Lily

明澈而澄净的苍色花卉。生于水脉汇聚之处，其香清冷淡雅，辛凉柔婉。

A clear and clean azure flower, it is born where Water Veins come together. It has a simple, cool, and elegant fragrance, pungent and refreshing yet gentle.

花语为「等待」与「永恒的承诺」。

In the language of flowers, it means "waiting" and "everlasting promise."

在古老的传说中，如湖光般净澈的花朵是众水的女主人赠予最后一位纯水骑士的饯礼。时至今日，在枫丹依然有着这样的传统——撷下一支铃兰，赠予远行之人，愿彼此的前路如净水安谧，也愿珍重之人能够循着这清冷的微光，再度回到自己身边。

In ancient legends, the Mistress of Many Waters gave a flower as pure as Lakelight to the last Lochknight as a farewell gift. To this day, Fontaine maintains the tradition of picking a Lily and giving it to those on long journeys, wishing one another a road ahead as tranquil as pure water, and that those most precious will be able to follow its cool light, returning to their side.

竹笋 Bamboo Shoot

新鲜生长出土的竹子嫩芽。有着奇妙的芳香，是只有竹子生长的地方才会出产的美味食材。

A fresh young bamboo shoot, straight out of the ground. It is a delicious cooking ingredient with an exotic aroma, found exclusively in bamboo-growing regions.

帕蒂沙兰 Padisarah

圣洁而高贵的花卉，对生长环境的要求十分苛刻。花蕊经过加工后可以制成珍贵的香料。

A holy and noble plant. The conditions for growth in its environment are very demanding. The flower buds can be processed to make valuable spices.

帕蒂沙兰的名字据说来源于某位古代的神祇。传说中，亘古之时，曾有三位神明交好，而在那时曾有鲜丽之花遍布大地，而人们会将采集来的花蕊制成祭香奉献给神。

The Padisarah is said to derive its name from a certain ancient deity. It is said that in those times long past, there were three gods who had struck up excellent relations with one another. In those days, there was once a great plain covered in lovely flowers that people would gather up and use as incense to offer up to their gods.

如今当时的花已经绝迹。而帕蒂沙兰乃是某人依赖丰沃之惠重新培育的品种。

Those flowers are no longer extant, but the Padisarah is a cultivar that was brought back to the land via the use of the Anahitian Blessing.

清水玉 Clearwater Jade

出产于沉玉谷的玉石。触感凉如清水，因此而得名。

A jade from Chenyu Vale named for its cool, refreshing touch, being akin to cool water.

在先民的古老传说中，散落岩间的玉石来自碧色的高天。彼时尚未陷入缄默的使者将温润如月的美玉赐予先民，指引他们筑起通天的祭台，聆听示下的幸福与灾祸。其后，由先民退化而来的诸多部落依然保持了原始而朴素的信仰，对「玉」这一意象的尊崇也与璃月的传统合流，构成了今日文化的样貌。

Ancestral legends have it that the jade scattered among the rocks came from the azure heavens. The envoys, before they became silent, bestowed these beauteous gems upon the early residents and guided them to build an altar that reached the heavens, that they may receive the blessings and curses from above. Later on, many tribes that descended from these ancestors kept this primordial, simple faith, and their reverence for jade was merged into Liyue tradition, shaping the culture we see today.

绯樱绣球 Sakura Bloom

从鸣神大社的神樱上飘落的花瓣，会在雷元素的力量下轻轻悬浮在空中。

A petal that has fallen from the Grand Narukami Shrine's Sacred Sakura. They float in mid-air due to the effect of Electro energies.

相传雷樱的根在大地深处隐秘相连，而追溯错综复杂的根系的话，最终都会抵达守望稻妻全地的神樱树下；又有传说认为神樱与雷樱皆是御建鸣神主尊的一部分。她将神体分割，通过这种方式来守护治下的众生。

Legend holds that the roots of Thunder Sakura are linked deep beneath the earth. Should you trace these roots, you will always come back to this sacred sakura tree that stands guard over Inazuma. Some other legends have it that the Thunder Sakura are part of the Almighty Narukami Ogosho, the result of her splitting her divine form into parts, all the better to defend those under her rule with.

鬼兜虫 Onikabuto

栖息在雷元素富集区域的奇异甲虫。与甲壳上宛如怒目而视的恶鬼之相相反，鬼兜虫其实非常温顺迟钝。

A strange beetle that inhabits areas rich with Electro energy. Its docile and sedentary temperament could not be more different from the fierce, demonic visage displayed on its armored shell.

在稻妻的民间故事中，说神明在为地上的种种动物分配领地时，厌恶纷争的鬼兜虫最先选择了雷元素富集的土地。在漫长的岁月中，进化出诡谲的图形以恫吓来犯者，进化出能放电的角来摒退掠食者。虽然穿着铠甲、顶着尖角，却是有灵万物中最不爱争斗的。

Inazuman folktales say that when the gods were apportioning territory to the many animals, the onikabuto, who detested conflict, chose first to live in lands saturated in Electro. As many years passed, it evolved bizarre patterns with which to frighten trespassers and developed horns that could release electricity to deter predators. Yet though it wears armor and bears horns, the onikabuto hates fighting most of all animals.

晶化骨髓 Crystal Marrow

蕴含着「祟神」力量的晶体。冶炼时加入这种物质的话，能极大地提高钢铁制品的强度与韧性。

A crystal that contains a sliver of Tatarigami power. Adding this material during smelting will greatly increase the strength and toughness of metals.

在稻妻，所谓的「祟神」即是神骸本身，也是神骸带来的怪象。传说中，产生晶化骨髓的那位魔神还没有成为祟神时，拥有许多名字，其中之一为远吕羽氏尊。远吕羽氏尊的身躯有如海对面陆地的海岸线一般长，声音如同只有暗之外海才能容纳的巨鲸一般悠扬。但在最后，却被连同八酝岛一齐斩断。

In Inazuma, "Tatarigami" refers to the corpse of a divine being and the strange phenomena it creates. They say that before the god that created Crystal Marrow became the Tatarigami, it had many names, one of which was "Orobashi no Mikoto." Orobashi no Mikoto's body was as long as the winding seashore, and its voice was so resounding that only the Dark Sea could absorb it. Yet in the end, it too was cut down together with Yashiori Island itself.

海灵芝 Sea Ganoderma

在某些特殊的海域中、岛屿上才会生长的特殊物种。虽然外形看起来像菌类，但其实是由「海灵芝虫」分泌而成的。

A plant species that only grows in certain regions and islands of the ocean. Though it looks like a fungus of some sort, it actually comes from a substance secreted by certain soft-bodied organisms.

某地的民话中认为这种无口无鼻的微小软体生物是早夭之子死后的灵魂变成的。作为惩罚，他们要在无限的岁月中，日复一日以弱小的身躯汲取海沙中极其稀薄的元素，堆积成「海灵芝」；而每当海灵芝成熟，就会被人收割走。

In the folktales told in a certain land, these mouthless, noseless creatures are the transformed souls of children who died young. As a form of punishment, they must spend endless years absorbing the elements within the sand and sea using their fragile bodies, piling them up and forming "Sea Ganoderma." And once the Ganoderma are fully formed, they shall be harvested.

鸣草 Naku Weed

即使在无风的日子里，亦会随雷鸣之声隐隐振动的植物。看起来像是花瓣的结构其实是叶片的延伸，保护着脆弱的花朵。

Even on windless days, this plant will tremble lightly amid the cries of thunder. The parts of it that resemble petals are in fact extensions of the leaves meant to protect the fragile flower.

鸣草是在雷元素富集的区域顽强生长的稻妻植物物种。由于天生对雷电有极强的感应能力，经常被当地居民用来预报雷雨。在民间传说中，这种植物乃是狸妖「五百藏」借助妖力，自将军的御苑中盗出，播种在稻妻列岛土壤之中的。五百藏的种种轶事在它受到惩治，销声匿迹后，依然在民间广为流传。

The Naku Weed grows strongly in areas saturated with Electro energy. Due to its great affinity for lightning, it is often used by residents to predict storms. Stories tell that these plants are what the bake-danuki Ioroi stole from the Shogun's very own garden using its powers, before planting them throughout the islands. Even long after its punishment and disappearance, people still speak of Ioroi's many deeds.

血斛 Dendrobium

在诗文中也被称为「赤蕊」的鲜艳植物，一度在稻妻列岛绝迹，如今在战场上再度重现。传说在血腥的战场上，它们开得格外妖艳。

A vibrant plant that has also been named "lycoris" by the poets. It was once thought extinct in the Inazuman archipelago, only to re-emerge now upon the battlefields. It is said that it blooms most enchantingly where much blood was spilled.

虽然格外稀少昂贵，但由于在稻妻人心中颇为不祥，销路也不大。传言说这种植物以鲜血浇灌而成，愈是血腥惨烈的战场，血斛便开得愈发盛大艳丽。稻妻人认为，战殁的灵魂将踏着血斛之花铺成的曲折道路前往彼世，归于永恒的元素循环；但对「永恒」抱持怀疑而迷惘的魂灵，将会被大地束缚，成为朱色苗圃中的另一朵妖红之花。

Though it is very rare and expensive, this plant is regarded as ominous, and thus is little purchased. Rumor has it that these plants are watered using blood. The bloodier and more brutal the battlefield, the more lovely the dendrobium blooms shall be. Inazumans believe that the souls of the fallen shall follow the winding paths of the bloodied dendrobiums into the next life, thus rejoining the eternal elemental cycle. But as for those who doubt or are perplexed by "eternity," they shall be shackled to the earth, becoming another enchantingly red flower amid the vermillion fields.

天云草实 Amakumo Fruit

生长在清籁岛的天云草结成的果实，贴在耳畔能听见微弱的电流声。

The fruit of the Amakumo Grass, which grows on Seirai Island. You can hear it crackling with a tiny current if you hold it up to your ear.

天云草是在数千年前撕裂清籁岛、让雷的阴霾从此永远笼罩这片土地的厮杀结束后，诞生的。如同不屈于雷暴，天云草会向传来雷声的天空结出果实。

The Amakumo Grass was born when the terrible slaughter that tore through Seirai Island, causing it to ever be under a stormy shroud, ended. As if showing its defiance, it will bear fruit while facing the peals of thunder from the sky.

这种精神也将在未来的许多年中，陪伴着移居清籁岛的人们，直到越石村最终荒废、浅濑神社也不再有神人驻守。

This bold spirit also accompanied those who emigrated to Seirai Island, until Koseki Village was at last ruined and no clergy-person was left to man the Asase Shrine.

珊瑚真珠 Sango Pearl

这种珍珠只与海祇的珊瑚相伴而生，在手中会散发出月光般的微微凉意。

These pearls only grow alongside the coral of Watatsumi, and they will emit a cooling sensation in your palm as gentle as a moonbeam.

有本地故事传说道，在流淌着海祇之血的人的手中，这种珍珠会变得更为明亮，因为珍珠是大御神为了海祇人流的血；也有传说说，大御神用皓月般的珍珠照亮了渊下宫，将人们引领到了地表之上。也因此，海祇真珠对于一些人而言，有着圣物般的意义。

Some local stories say that if held by a person in whose veins runs the blood of Watatsumi, these pearls will become brighter still, for these pearls are the blood that Watatsumi Omikami shed for its people. Other legends say that the great Omikami used a pearl as bright as the moon to shine upon Enkanomiya, leading the people who dwelt there up to the surface. As such, the Sango Pearls are akin to sacred relics to some.

海祇珊瑚宫的纹样「真珠海波」的由来，传说就是怀抱海祇的波浪，与照亮海祇的耀眼明珠。

The "pearls and waves" of the Sangonomiya emblem are said to come from these very waves that embraced Watatsumi and the bright gem that gave it light.

幽灯蕈 Fluorescent Fungus

如同夜灯般微微发光的蘑菇，其中蕴含着不可思议的力量。在鹤观的雾海中，幽灯蕈能如夜灯一般指引人前行。

A mushroom that glows like a night-light. Some curious power lies hidden within it. Amidst the fog that blankets Tsurumi Island, these Fluorescent Fungi can help to light the way.

树王圣体菇 Rukkhashava Mushrooms

如云海般层层叠叠生长的菌类，大多寄生于雨林深处的乔木之上，因此被须弥人视为树王遗德熏结而出的圣体。

A fungus that grows in layers upon layers, like a sea of clouds, and which mostly grows on trees deep in the rainforest. Therefore, they are considered by the people of Sumeru to be the holy crystallization of Rukkhadevata's legacy.

在须弥，森林中的居民有着向教令院贡奉树王圣体菇的传统，但这些贡品的用途却不为世人所知。据某些逸话中说，教令院每年会在净善宫进行秘密的仪式。在仪式上，贤者们会通过食用树王圣体菇的方式来纪念树王的牺牲。

In Sumeru, those who dwell in the forest have a tradition of offering Rukkhashava Mushrooms to the Akademiya, but no one knows what these offerings are meant to be used for. Word has it that the Akademiya always performs a secret annual ritual at the Sanctuary of Surasthana, during which the sages will consume these mushrooms to commemorate Lord Rukkhadevata's sacrifice.

月莲 Nilotpala Lotus

生长于林中湿地，散发着同月亮一般皎洁光芒的花卉。只有在夜晚才会绽放。

Growing in the forest wetlands, these plants only bloom at night with flowers as bright as the moon.

在此地最古老的民话中，月神的高车也曾闪耀着比肩太阳的光芒，那时大地上的万物皆仰其恩泽。然而撕裂天空的利箭终于粉碎了装饰香车的宝珠，世人从此再也无法得见月夜君王的容颜。百花转而侍奉新主，唯有月莲仍旧沐浴在清冷的月光下追忆着旧时的欢歌。

In the oldest folk tales of this land, the great chariot of the moon goddess once shone with a light that matched the sun. At this time, all things in the world were at peace. But the arrows that tore the skies apart would shatter the gems that adorned the most ethereal of vehicles, and the people would behold the visage of the sovereign of the moonlit nights no longer. The many flowers would turn and serve a new master, but the Nilotpala Lotuses would bathe in the cool moonlight and continue to remember the glad songs of that afore-time.

子探测单元 Subdetection Unit

Detection units produced by the Fontaine Research Institute using new models of artificed components. Its original purpose was monitoring all kinds of environmental data.

这些单元最初由奇械先端工艺研发科与自然生态环境监测科共同管理：前者负责生产与布设装置，后者负责回收与整理数据。鉴于后者已于先前的实验事故中解散，枫丹科学院目前只负责执行前一项作业。

These units were originally cooperatively managed by the Advanced Artificed Technology Research and Development Department and the Natural Ecological Environment Monitoring Department, where the former was in charge of manufacturing and deployment of the detection units while the latter was responsible for collecting and sorting data. Now that the latter department has been dismissed due to a previous experimental accident, only the former department's duties are now being performed by the Fontaine Research Institute.

劫波莲 Kalpalata Lotus

生长在山崖峭壁之上的攀援植物开出的花朵。被称为莲只是因为外形相似，本身和莲花并没有什么关系。

Flowers from vines that grow on cliff sides. It is called a lotus only because it has a similar appearance to one. Aside from that, it bears no other similar properties to the lotus.

在须弥，到处是沿着山崖生长的藤蔓，如同时间一般无始无终。传说这些藤蔓是树王最初创生的植物，也是须弥一切植物的先祖。须弥所有巨木的根系，乃至于那棵不朽的圣树，都通过这些藤蔓连结在一起。这种说法虽然早已被生论派的学者所否定，但在民间仍然广为流传。

Vines grow along cliffs everywhere in Sumeru, as timeless as time itself. It is said that these vines were the first thing that Lord Rukkhadevata ever created, making them the progenitors of every plant in Sumeru. All the great plants of the land, even the undying Divine Tree, are connected at the roots through the entanglement of these vines. Of course, this saying has long been refuted by Amurta researchers, but still, it persists amongst the people.

赤念果 Henna Berry

在恶劣的沙漠环境中也能存活的植物所结的果子，赤红的果实在黄沙映衬下显得格外动人。

A fruit that grows even in the most hostile of desert environments. Its vibrant crimson fruits are made even more lovely against a backdrop of yellow sand.

拥有极其鲜艳的色彩，经过简单处理后便可制成染料。在沙漠住民的生活中相当重要，据说镀金旅团烈火般的旗帜也是由其所染就。红色的织物随着旅团的足迹被带往四方，无论身在何地，每当看到这些飘拂的绸缎，便似乎可以感受到故乡炙热的风。

Thanks to its extremely bright color, after a simple treatment, it can be made into a pigment. An important part of the desert people's lives, it is said to have been used as a dye for the fiery banner of the Eremites. The red fabric follows them in all their travels. No matter where you are, whenever you see these fluttering textiles, you can almost feel the hot wind of their homeland on your skin.

圣金虫 Scarab

栖息在浩瀚沙海之中的顽强甲虫。甲壳上的金色纹路似乎暗示着它们与遍布沙漠的古老遗迹间存在某种渊源。

A hardy beetle that dwells in the vast desert. Its shell has patterns on it that resemble those that dot the ancient desert ruins, hinting at some deeper relation between the two.

传说在黄沙之王统治大地的年代里，在千柱之城的凯旋式上，善使魔法的司祭会将那些战败者的灵魂封印在这些昆虫之内，以「阿赫玛尔」之名命它们永远守护圣者的神庙与宫殿。后来，神庙崩塌，宫殿倾覆，唯有这些金色的虫类依旧延续着已被遗忘的旧日誓约。

Legend has it that when the desert king ruled this land, the souls of those vanquished by him would be sealed within these insects by the magically-skilled priests at great triumphs held in the City of the Pillars. The scarabs would then be charged with defending the sacred temples and palaces for all eternity in the name of Al-Ahmar. In the end, the temples would collapse and the palaces would fall, and only these golden insects would remain, fulfilling their ancient, forgotten oaths.

沙脂蛹 Sand Grease Pupa

在沙漠民的传说中，流沙鳗鳗同沙虫一样，都是曾经吞噬太阳的巨蛇的后嗣。这一说法虽属不经，但从对沙脂蛹的研究来看，其在成分上与沙虫的体脂确有不少相似之处。也正是因此，狡猾的商人有时会将收集到的沙脂蛹制成粉末，用以冒充那些从沙虫体脂中提炼出的高档香料。

In the legend of the desert folk, Quicksand Eels and Wenut are all descendants of the giant serpent that once devoured the sun. Although this statement is but groundless, judging from the research on Sand Grease Pupa, it does share many similarities with the body fat of Wenut given their respective composition. It is precisely because of this that sometimes cunning merchants will collect Sand Grease Pupae and grind them into powder to pass off as the high-end spices extracted from the body fat of Wenut.

万相石 Trishiraite

分布在荒原群山的深处，散发着异彩的特殊辉石，似乎是由混化的元素能量凝结而成的。

A splendorous stone that can be found in the depths of desolate mountains, seemingly formed from congealed elemental energy.

在须弥的传说中，地下曾有被称为荼诃的古国，因背弃正理而引来了漆黑的灾厄。在蔽日的大战中，就连最坚硬的岩石也被点燃。后来战火渐熄，残留在劫后大地上的便是这些深红的矿石，倘若仔细倾听，其中似乎仍回荡着那场战争的遗响。

According to old Sumeru legends, there once was an underground kingdom named Dahri that fell to the dark disaster upon straying from the true path. During the sun-swallowing battles of that bygone age, even the hardest of stones were set aflame. As the flames of war died out, all that remained from the calamity were these deep-red ores. If one should listen closely, one may yet hear the echoing sounds from that battle still ringing forth.

悼灵花 Mourning Flower

绽放在古老战场上的鲜红之花，即便在荒漠中也能顽强生长。低垂的花朵似乎是在哀悼曾在此牺牲的英灵。

Crimson flowers that can bloom even on ancient battlefields or flourish in the depths of the desert. Its drooping flowers seem to mourn for heroes long past.

在过去，当黯色的邪秽侵蚀大地之时，曾有无数的英雄牺牲在同漆黑魔物的战争当中，据说这些花朵便是因浇灌了那些战殁者的鲜血而生。砂原部族流传的古歌中则说，在古时灾厄中殒命的无辜者的灵魂，其中有因玷染了污秽而无法归于永恒的轮回之流，只能寄宿于这些花朵中，为不公的命运垂泪。

Once, when beings dark and demonic invaded the lands, countless heroes sacrificed themselves in a battle against them. Legend has it that these flowers are watered by the blood of those martyrs. The tribes of these plains speak additionally of the countless innocents who suffered from that calamity, of how due to being stained by the filth from the war, they are barred from eternal samsara, and can only languish amidst these flowers, lamenting the injustice of fate by weeping.

苍晶螺 Beryl Conch

散发着幽光的贝状结构。似乎是更为原始的元素能量凝结而成的产物，而非某种生物的甲壳。

A conch-like structure that gives off a faint glow. Despite the name, it is not a shell but something condensed from primordial elemental energy.

过去的博物学一般认为盐白的螺纹曾经是水的主人的诸多印记之一。但后世的考古学认为它与前世代的文明有诸多关联。

Natural historians used to hold that the salt-white pattern on the conch was one of the many marks left by the Hydro Lord. However, archaeologists later discovered that it has many connections to ancient civilizations.

海露花 Romaritime Flower

幽淡而高贵的蓝色花卉。柔软的花蕊具备良好的吸水性和弹性，是诸多日用品的原材料。

An ethereal and elegant blue flower. Its tender petals are elastic and water-absorbent, making it the ideal raw material for various daily necessities.

花语为「忠诚」与「不渝的誓言」。

Romaritime Flower is said to represent loyalty and unswerving oaths.

在枫丹的民话中，海露花曾是热烈追求厄歌莉娅的水之精灵。这一联想主要来自它会在遇到水元素的时候开放的生物习性，以及人类往往拥有太少的知识、太多的表达欲的特性。

In the folklore of Fontaine, Romaritime Flower is said to have been a Hydro spirit in love with Egeria. People base this story on the flower's trait to blossom upon contact with Hydro. On top of that, human beings' lack of knowledge and excessive desire to express themselves certainly have contributed to the tale, too.

柔灯铃 Lumidouce Bell

静雅而清美的紫色花卉。其香清淡悠长、细腻柔和，因此常被用来制作名贵的香水。

A serene and tranquil violet flower. It has a light, soft, and lasting scent and is often used for making rare perfumes.

花语为「离别」与「重逢的心愿」。

Lumidouce Bell is said to represent parting and the wish for reunion.

在科培琉司所著的剧目《黄金的亥珀波瑞亚》中他将其称作「垂泪的水晶」。那是饱含思念的花朵流离到了极北的冻土，最终因为冰风而永远保持美丽的故事。与他同时期的评论家普遍认为他对永恒的美、永恒的爱恋有着极端的追求，这在他最后的作品中有深刻的体现。

In Coppelius's play Golden Hyperborea, the flower is referred to as "Weeping Crystal." The play depicts a homesick flower wandering in the freezing lands of the north. Its beauty is made eternal by the icy winds. Critics of Coppelius's time thought that he was obsessed with eternal beauty and eternal love — this obsession was written into every line of his last works.

虹彩蔷薇 Rainbow Rose

纤婉而柔洁的粉色花卉。虽然被称作蔷薇，但本质上更接近百合。

A delicate and tender pink flower. Despite the name, Rainbow Roses are essentially more akin to Lilies.

花语为「热情」与「美好的相遇」。

It is said to represent passion and romantic encounters.

根据古老的记载，七色的蔷薇曾在地上随处可见。因其色泽鲜丽，几乎能够比肩七天的光焰。如今这种多彩的蔷薇已经绝迹，伴它共生的花朵则在时代末的混乱中篡夺了「虹彩蔷薇」之名。

According to ancient records, rainbow-colored roses were once a common sight. Their bright colors could almost rival the blazing flames of the seven heavens. This flower has gone extinct, and as the era came to a tumultuous end, a plant that used to grow symbiotically with it stole the name "Rainbow Rose."

幽光星星 Lumitoile

在水中会发出柔浅微光的软体动物。大多攀附在水边或水下的人造建筑表面。

A soft-bodied animal that emits a gentle light. Often found climbing the walls of buildings near the water or underwater.

尽管微弱的光芒时常会被潜水者们忽略，这些小小的软体动物却有着摄食并降解工业沉积物的奇妙本能。据说曾有研究员因此提议授予幽光星星「荣誉海洋生态系统工程师」的头衔，只不过这一提议被当时的高级技官（兼海洋生态系统研究科荣誉工程师）否决了。

Though the weak light they give off is often ignored by divers, these small soft-bodied animals have the remarkable ability to consume and degrade industrial waste present in the water. It is said that reseachers once wished to give the Lumitoile the title of "Honorary Ecological Engineer" but the proposal was rejected by the Senior Technician at the time (who also held the post of Honorary Marine Ecology Research Engineer).
